The Graphic Facilitation System comprises a specialist range of equipment:-.

• Facilitation Boards (set of 3 types - a Left End-Board, Right End-Board and Centre Board). You can extend your boards to any width by inserting as many Centre Boards as you require. Easy to erect, they clip together to provide a highly stable and firm surface on which to work.
• Paper Rolls on dispensers that clip to the end board, so that the paper can be stretched across the entire spread, cut to length and secured with pins
• Special Pens, Markers and Crayons in a wide range of strong and subtle colours and Visual Tools

During this 1-day session, you will:-

• learn how you can dramatically improve the impact of your flipcharts and pinboards through the use of colour and simple images.
• realise that you don’t need to be a great artist to create clear and powerful graphics.
• unlock your hidden artistic potential and discover that, when it comes to graphics, less is more. A picture is worth a thousand words!

Use of visual images will help you to build rapport with the group and make your workshops truly memorable and effective.

Objective:  to enable you to create simple visual images to enhance flipcharts and Pinboards and to engage with participants through techniques of whole brain working & learning.

• Introductions:  a simple exercise to benchmark your current skills
• The other side of the brain:  whole brain working and multiple intelligence; an introduction or refresher
• The basics:  simple shapes, using the available space, working in three dimensions
• Using colour:   understand the impact of colour and the effects which different colours have on mood and thinking
• Moving up a gear:  some familiar images including people, groups, processes. Highlighting, shadows & pastels
• Writing:  getting the best out of your handwriting, especially under pressure
• Putting it together:   using graphics to prepare an agenda or road map
• Graphics jam:  put your skills to the test in a graphics jam session, no words, just images
• Back to the workplace:  applying graphics to your own workshops>
• Introductions:  a second go - compare the results
• Learning maps:  before you go, create your own learning map of the day highlighting key techniques and images which you will use from now on.

In the event that you have to rearrange, we offer 50% refund for cancellations over 4 weeks prior to the event. No refund later than 4 weeks prior.
