With Pinpoint Facilitation Hire, you only pay for the time you use it!
 
Hire Pinpoint Facilitation and Graphic Facilitation equipment & support whenever you need something extra for special events (e.g. Conferences, Awaydays, etc.).

Uniquely cost-effective, because we charge you only for the time you use the equipment!. Anywhere in the UK (given 72 hours' notice), we can arrange for everything to be delivered the working day before and collected the working day after. Outside UK Mainland & Northern Ireland, we might need longer notice.

Hire charges

Because of the wide range of equipment & support needed, each hire shipment will be calculated for the most cost-effective method (including protective packaging, delivery and collection) and charged when your requirements have been met and the goods returned, on time, clean and undamaged (properly packed, soft edge down/feet up with a cardboard sheet in between each board). Hire invoices can be subject to variation in the event of damage or late collection.

Operational guidelines

Spray Glue: Glue and moving parts do not go together! Spray glue on to the paper on the floor, not when it is on the board (surcharge for cleaning boards is £50).

Graphics Facilitation hire You will need to have at least 1 pair of Right & Left End Boards for each Facilitation station, though you can hire as many Right, Left & Centre boards as you require.
